Grading Policy
In first grade, students are graded on a three-point, rubric based scale. Student work, quarterly assessments and class participation all contribute to your child's grade.
3 = Student is consistently applying this skill (80-100% proficiency).
2 = Student is inconsistently applying this skill (60-79% proficiency).
1 = Student is not meeting grade level expectations (below 60% proficiency).
2 = Student is inconsistently applying this skill (60-79% proficiency).
1 = Student is not meeting grade level expectations (below 60% proficiency).
